I’ve been hunting around looking at adverts and found this awesome site

For my final images i used a tripod to shoot, i also had to wait for a cloudy day as the sun kept interfering with my images, i shot my subject in four different stages so i could change the opacity in photoshop so it gives the path she has just walked, and that you can see she is moving through the space.

Each location was already selected from previous shoots

When taking the photos of the location i used a small tripod so i was at her height when she is smaller, other wise the effect if everything being bigger wouldn’t work to the extent it has.

The clothing she is wearing was not discussed as i didn’t want her to show up too much, i wanted the viewer to have to search a bit for her, to see why they are looking at the image

The final shoot didn’t go as well as i had hoped, because of the wind, but it was good and cloudy which is what i wanted, as the sun proved to be a huge problem with glare and blowing things out too much, i’ve decided against my original idea of zooming in on the figure instead you follow it as it grows and become clearer like its moveing through an area, so through movement.

i came up with this instead because certain scenes weren’t working as well as i had thought and my model had no more free time for me to shoot her.

all of these are using minature people from train sets or kit sets, the only real life images i can go by for my project are honey i shrunk the kids, and some varied attempts from other people that look bad and rushed.

I really like this image it reminds me of the images we were shown in the lecture.

This image didn’t work out aswell, the small creature on the branch became too pixelated so i made it black and gave it some opacity on two more layers so give it the illusion of movement. didn’t work so well. and it looks out of place.

I like this image, i’ve changed in to black and white and made the perosn in colour, but not bright colour, opacity 50% so they stand out but don’t look to out of place.

With these images i was trying to portray an illusion of someone being outside th hosue and the person investigating, but being paranoid about it.

Images of going outside and investigating, still the paranoid state but the sun made everything too bright, but wil change contrast and levels in photoshop.
